Terms (mostly for sales)

These are our usual terms. We may relax or change some of them on a case-by-case basis.

Orders: US domestic only. We require a contact name and a phone number.

Payments: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Zelle. $20 dollar finance fee for late or returned payments. Items are charged when shipped.

Taxes: We charge sales tax to Texas residents. Residents of other states are expected to calculate and send their owed sales or use taxes to their respective taxing authorities.

Shipping: No PO boxes. The credit card billing address and the "ship to" address must match. Please refuse any shipment if the boxes appear damaged.

Returns: No returns without an RMA number. Returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days after your receipt of the item. Returns must be in "like new" condition.

Some items cannot be returned. This includes printers, scanners, opened software, and items explicitly designated as non-returnable at time of sale.

Warranties: We do not warrant the stuff we sell. Please contact the manufacturers for warranty service.

Other Legal Stuff

Privacy: We'll only gather the infomation we need to safely complete the transaction. We'll only share the needed information with others so we can complete the transaction. We may save some information for internal reasons, such as to satisfy legal requirements or to support you.

Otherwise, we will not sell or provide information about you to anyone.

Legal: Texas laws and courts govern any legal relationship between you, the customer, and us, "MacRx of Texas LLC".

We and you will try to resolve disagreements and disputes among ourselves.

At any point, we may request formal mediation and/or binding arbitration. Needed mediators or arbitrators will be chosen by "MacRx of Texas LLC". Such choices must be considered by reasonable people as impartial and competent to mediate or arbitrate.

We may also pursue other legal remedies we consider appropriate.
